At Serdika Groom by P&T, we do not use anesthesia on dogs. We also do not use muzzles, do not tie dogs, and do not hold or force them in any way. We believe in building a relationship based on trust and understanding with the dogs. We don’t do everything at any cost. So, if the dog does not allow any of the procedures or if we are unable to work with it, we will contact you and ask you to pick it up. If your dog has special needs or is elderly, we will take that into consideration and give it the necessary attention.
